Cait is a burnout aficionado both by personal and professional experience. As a healthcare practitioner running a private practice, Cait burnt out and that lead her down a rabbit hole of research and a new degree (on how stress affects every system of the body). Those things evolved into a book (with another coming!), this podcast, over 200 keynotes, and countless social media posts, articles, blogs, and book contributions.
